Grilled Bacon Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

6 Hot Dogs

16 Bacon Strips

Cheese Sauce

2 Onions, Sliced

4 Large Heirloom Tomatoes, Chopped

6 Jalapenos, Diced

Romaine Lettuce, Shredded

Your Favourite BBQ Sauce

6 Hot Dog Buns

Method:

1. Preheat your Louisiana Grill to 190°C. Preheat the grill for 10 – 15 minutes and keep the lid closed.

2. Next wrap bacon strips around each hot dog. Once wrapped around the hot dogs, grill the hot dogs on the grill for 10 minutes on each side.

3. Finally, place hot dog buns on the Louisiana Grill and spread your favourite sauce on the buns. Then place the grilled hot dogs, cheese, onions and vegetables on to the hot dog. Share and enjoy!
