Lemon Chicken Kebabs


1 Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breast

2 Tbsp Olive Oil, for grilling



1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil

1 ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice

½ - 1 Tsp Paprika

½ Tsp Ground Cumin

2 Cloves Garlic

¼ Tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

1. Preheat your Louisiana Grill to 200c

2. Cut the chicken into 16 cubes, that are equal in size. Pat the cubes dry and place them in the marinade for about 30 minutes.

3. Place about four pieces of the chicken onto a metal or bamboo skewer.

4. Put the skewers on the grill, brush olive oil on the chicken, and grill for about 10 minutes, until fully cooked. Remove them from the grill, and serve hot.
