1 Cup of Bacon (diced)
1 Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 Cup of Spring Onion (diced)
3 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Whether it's your favorite past-time snack or choice full-time meal, it's hard for anyone to say "no" to nachos This becomes especially true when they're done right on a Louisiana Grill. For cheesy, loaded nachos infused with real-wood fired flavor, follow these few easy steps:
Start by preheating your Louisiana Grill to 180°C with the flame broiler completely closed to allow for true convection cooking. While you're waiting, empty a large bag of nacho chips evenly onto a foil cooking pan. Next, start loading up your toppings in any particular order. We chose to get our cooked beef on first before we added the rest of our toppings. Peppers, onions, bacon, and a large quantity of shredded cheese seemed to really hit the spot, but feel free to customize to suit specific tastes.
Your LG kitchen should be ready to go by now. Simply place your loaded nachos on the grill and let the hot smoke melt your toppings into one cheesy creation. Heat at 180°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. Remove and serve with sour-cream and salsa for a dish that's gone as quick as it's made.
