8 Potatoes, Sliced
1 Onion, sliced thinly
1ltr Double Cream
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Pellet Suggestion: Competition Blend
1. Preheat your Louisiana Grill to 180°C.
2. In a large cast iron pan, layer potatoes and onion. Pour in heavy cream until all potatoes are covered except the top layer. Sprinkle on cheese.
3. Bake in your Louisiana Grills uncovered for about 1 ½ hour, with the lid closed*. The cheese should be golden brown and potatoes soft. Serve hot. Enjoy!
*If you are using pre-boiled potato's reduce your cooking time to 1 hour.
