Stir Fry Veg
2 heads broccoli
2 bell peppers (assorted colors)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Start your Louisiana Grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Set the temperature to 230°C and preheat. Toss vegetables in oil and add to a grilling basket or baking pan. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Roast vegetables for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
